Common questions
How do I delete my account and data?
Open the Beacon app, go to Profile, and tap Delete health information. This permanently deletes your records, appointments, tasks, care team members, and chat history from our systems. If you run into trouble, email us and we'll help.
How does Beacon handle my health data?

Does Beacon provide medical advice?
No. Beacon helps you organize and understand your care, but it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always talk to your care team about medical decisions. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
How much does Beacon cost?
Beacon is free for patients and caregivers.
